Who we are

Brendan Sullivan
Founder, BMV Capital

Brendan Sullivan has more than 15 years of experience in the capital markets, specialising in equity capital raising, investor relations, and corporate advisory across mining and resources, energy, biotechnology, healthcare, and technology.

Since 2008, Brendan has worked across a range of investor relations and corporate advisory firms, steadily building a deep network of high-net-worth, family office, and institutional investors in Australia and Asia.

Most recently, Brendan served as Head of Equity Capital Markets at Lodge Partners, where he led IPOs, placements, and a wide range of capital-raising initiatives for emerging growth companies over a five-year period. His role included advising management teams on valuation, market strategy, investor engagement, and execution of ECM transactions.

Prior to Lodge Partners, Brendan held senior roles across several capital markets and advisory firms, developing long-standing relationships with domestic and international investors and gaining exposure to a diverse set of sectors.

Today, through BMV Capital, Brendan provides bespoke corporate advisory and boutique capital-raising solutions for emerging growth companies, leveraging his extensive network and hands-on execution experience.
